Northern Ireland merchandise. It’s traditionally been non-existent and what has been available is generally cheap tat or overpriced training gear. Thankfully, there are is an ever-growing band of independents who are producing their own Norn Iron gear. So if there’s a GAWA-mad person in your life that you need ideas for, or if you simply fancy grabbing something for yourself, then check out our selections below. We’ll keep adding to this as we find more and if you want to suggest an item to be included, then get in touch.

90s Inspired are a brand new label started by Allan, a Northern Ireland fan from Bangor whose aim is to blend modern fashion with iconic retro football kit designs. Their initial range features Norn Iron inspired jumpers, baseball caps and socks and they have more in the pipeline with track jackets, t-shirts and boxers coming soon.

Their clothing is all designed from scratch and offers high-quality, unique gifts for the GAWA. Even Jim Magilton and Big Josh have been snapped wearing the jumper!

Artist and musician Paddy Conn is another fellow Bangorian who now lives in London. His art focuses on the nostalgic element of growing up in 1990s Bangor as well as iconic Norn Iron prints such as the Northern Ireland Alphabet and, of course, Northern Ireland Shirts.

We may be a bit biased on this one as we actually helped Paddy choose the 16 shirts that made the final cut. As such, we’re able to offer a 10% off coupon if you order directly via this link:

Hally Designs Northern Ireland kit coaster
Hally Designs Espana 82 World Cup shirts

Hally is based in North East England and his merchandise also shows that trend for 90s football and popular culture. We’ve bought a couple of prints off him in the past and we think they’re a good one to add to this list. There are t-shirts, coasters and badges for sale as well as prints with some Northern Irish clubs featured alongside the national team. We’re particular fans of his World Cup merch.

Homeless Ghosts is a Manchester-based artist and he has produced a range of subbuteo-themed football prints, showcasing the cult heroes of various football teams. Of course, this spiel would be pointless if there wasn’t a Northern Ireland version. Direct link below.
